Thank you for your amazing tutorials. A lot of coloring tutorials here on DA are way too complex and wordy to follow but yours are neat and organized. I also love your style :)

shouldn't the sketch layer be set to multiply? because if not the color below won't show?

Seen this technique in a couple of examples before, since I like the softness and natural colours you get when painting, I might give it another shot with a drawing I'm working on :aww:

Thanks for sharing :w00t: love your art.

The way you laid out the tutorial was really easy to understand and easy to follow! Thanks so much! Do you use Photoshop? And what kind of tablet do you use?

This tutorial is great not only because of your skill level but also the fact that someone finally showed the layer's order and marked currently used one, I always found it the most confusing in this type of painting :3
Great job and thank you! <3

As a quick question, is this process how you work on all your pictures? I'm trying to figure out what technique I like best for colouring.. But I find that making Color and Overlay layers doesn't give me much control with the colours themselves.. I tend to sketch, block in colours on an underneath layer, rough in shadows and highlights on another layer, add some dodge/overlay and then detail in on a normal layer on top.. I like working in greys or sepias first to get the shading.. I dunno x_x It's so confusing at times.
